Toothache is currently one of the most embarrassing illnesses because the pain can be excruciating. Below, I will teach everyone how to alleviate the pain.

Five acupoints for treating toothache:

1. Pushing the Jianjing Point

Place the thumb of one hand on the Jianjing point and apply pressure, pushing up and down for 0.5 to 1 minute.

Effect: Reduces swelling, relieves pain, and promotes circulation.

2. Pinching the Hegu Point

Use the tip of the thumb to press the opposite Hegu point, with the other four fingers placed in the palm. Apply gradually increasing pressure for 0.5 to 1 minute.

Effect: Disperses wind, activates circulation, and alleviates pain.

3. Pinching the Toothache Point

Use the tip of the thumb to press the opposite toothache point, applying pressure for 0.5 to 1 minute.

4. Pressing the Xiaguan Point

Use the middle or index finger of both hands to press the Xiaguan point on the same side of the face, massaging with pressure for 0.5 to 1 minute.

5. Pressing the Jiache Point

Use the thumb of both hands to press the Jiache point on the same side of the face, gradually increasing pressure for 0.5 to 1 minute.
